1Who may use FlirtifyGirl

FlirtifyGirl is strictly for people 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your country, if higher — to use the site. Every visitor confirms this before matching begins. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, it is removed permanently and without appeal.

By using the site you also confirm that random video chat is legal where you live, and that you will follow the laws that apply to you while using it.

2What the service is

FlirtifyGirl provides one-to-one video, voice and text conversations with real people, paired at random from whoever is online. It is a place to meet and talk — nothing more is promised. We do not guarantee any particular kind of conversation, relationship or outcome, and the people you meet speak for themselves, never for us.

3Acceptable use

Your use of the site is bound by the community guidelines, which are part of these terms. The core of it: no minors, no harassment, no recording other users, no scams or spam, nothing illegal. Break those rules and we may restrict or permanently close your access, with no obligation to refund purchases tied to serious violations.

4Accounts and access

Some features — purchases, balances, VIP — need an account so they have somewhere to live. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend access while a report is investigated, and we may refuse service to anyone who has broken these terms before. If an account is closed for a serious violation, unused coins tied to that breach are forfeited.

5Coins, gifts and VIP

Coins are a virtual currency used inside FlirtifyGirl for longer sessions, gifts and VIP membership. They are sold in one-time bundles — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged back into money.

Purchases are generally final once delivered. The exceptions — duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorized payments — are handled under the refund policy, which is also part of these terms.

6What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it fast, safe and always on, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do — though we enforce the rules against them when it is reported. Calls are between the two people in them.

7Changes to these terms
